Though without any formal training, Bear rose to the position of "top dog" with ease.  He sat at his master's feet and absorbed a tremendous knowledge about real estate - in time he has shown a remarkable business acumen, choosing only to lift his leg when the cap rates are too low.  Bear is remarkably smart despite being a natural blonde, and sniffs out new business prospects like a pro.  On his days off he enjoys swimming and sleeping.

Bear lives at home in San Rafael with the Silver family, along with his new pal, Bella, a career change black lab from Guide Dogs for the Blind.
