The subject property is a new CVS Drugstore located in the Tucsan Lakes neighborhood of League City (Houston suburb), Texas. Tuscan Lakes is a 870 acre mixed-use, master-planned community, the design of which showcases architectural elements of the Tuscany region of Italy, beautiful lakes, water features and resort-style amenities on over 150 acres of open space, and miles of green belts with walkways and jogging trails. Tuscan Lakes plans the development of over 1,850 single family home sites, including active adult living and 80 acres of multi-family dwellings on which an estimated 8,000 residents are expected to make a home.
